2015 Canticles for Life AIDS Benefit Concerts
Triad Arts Ensemble, in collaboration with four area churches, raised $10,200 from their 2015 Canticles for Life AIDS Benefit Concerts, presented in April in Maplewood, Chatham, Flemington and Boonton. The AIDS Resource Foundation for Children, New Jersey AIDS Services and the NAMES Project of Northern NJ benefited from the concerts. The Canticles programs celebrate the courage and dignity of the human spirit, while also offering remembrances for lives lost. The 2015 program included barbershop selections by the Hunterdon Harmonizers, Broadway pieces by singers Nina Elias and Kirsten Almeida, choral music by the Triad Vocal Ensemble, and jazz selections by the Dan Crisci Trio.
